Unregistered Who cares about definition of RM? Ultimately all these are just fake titles for a sales agent position...

Unregistered other banks likely give the title as relationship officer for those who seek to enter the banking sector as fresh grad. Relationship mgr is meant for those who have at least 2 yrs exp.

Unregistered Dbs is called RM though is ultimately the same as Uob pb or ocbc pfs
I suppose dbs likes to give more fancier names to those sales agent positions

Initially I also thought RMs are only for experienced ppl that maintains portfolios. Can't blame anyone but dbs for misleading outsiders and blurring the lines between rms and sales agents.
Besides, it sounds more satki too

Ultimately, all one have to know how to distinguish, is either r they farmer or hunter.

OCBC offers higher pay whereas you can sell a wider range of products in DBS.

btw pls note that you are not a Relationship Manager (RM). RM roles require experience and are not offered to fresh grads. You will normally be promoted to RM if you have performed well in your PB/senior PB roles.

There is no such thing as better commission scheme. It all depends on your own performance and luck. Luck as in what sort of target you get, what sort of boss you kana, what sort of branch you get etc.
