If you have such a strong opinion about revealing your national exam grades then a gov job isn't for you. Lots of private sector especially SMEs don't care how many A's you got or how slack you were in your CCA.

if u have no black mark in your school records, what's there to hide actually?
in any case, degree classification is to determine what pay check they can peg u to in event of offer etc
whether u like the sch system or not, suck it up
unless u have dark secrets to hide whh if you r applyin for ah gong scholarship,
sure they will dig your kampong history up during the background checks to kill u

some posts in this forum seem to have mentioned before that the ministry or stat board might only offer contract, while retaining most benefits?
i know of someone who changed ministry and had to take a paycut
i guess can't always assume everything to stay the same...

A question.
I’m already placed on permanent establishment in my current role in Ministry A. If I were to get offered a new job in a Statutory Board B (not under same Ministry A), would I be able to retain the permanent role in Statutory Board B? Or would I have to restart as a contract staff again in Statutory Board B?
