Good Company To Start With After Graduation

I'm going to graduate next year with a Diploma in Digital And Precision Engineering . Doing mostly manufacturing processes and designing molds and so on . But I can also do programming and qc , qa and so on .
Can anyone tell me which company would be actually useful to let me gain experience and the benefits and so on . Preferably good pay one lah (trust me i'm a smart engineer hahaha )
On a side note can engineers actually working in banks or finance/business sectors ? :O
