Hermit Healthcare pay seem to have climbed the past couple of years. It is not uncommon to hear of senior hospital staff (nurses, executive and therapists) getting $4-6k. I think it is a good sector to be in for the next decade.

Nope. Executive/administrative staff are on a different pay scale. Healthcare therapists will earn more because of funding from the Ministry.

Allied Health Job Grades/Salary Scale

In the healthcare sector especially within the allied health sector, salary increments are extremely common and are expected. A minimum of 10% can be expected but this depends on your last drawn pay, when you last had an increment or pay review, your job grade/seniority, and your experience/area of specialization/expertise. No one will ever take up a new job in the healthcare sector that doesn't come with more benefits and salary increment.

Anyway, will someone be able to share their job grade and salary scale after this year's MOH pay review and institutional pay increments?

I'll share what I have but the info I have are quite outdated (before 2010):

Job Grade 11 (entry-level for Diploma holders): Min S$1400 to Max S$2750
Job Grade 12 (entry-level for Degree holders): Min S$1700 to Max S$3850
Job Grade 13 (Senior II level): Min S$2275 to Max S$4500
Job Grade 14 (Senior I level): Min S$2800 to Max S$5100
Job Grade 15 (Principal level): Min S$4100 to Max S$7500
Job Grade 16 (Senior Principal level): Min S$5200 to Max S$8100

That's all I can remember. The pay scales have definitely changed since this year. I implore your help to update. The updated information will help a job switcher in his/her negotiation process. Thanks!
