Some got the degree after they joined Mindef.

It is not normally displayed in name cards.

Based on past responses on this thread, I think normally when they ask you start G50 process means more or less ‘selected’ liao. G50 is a long process though, don’t think HR will waste time&resources to ask candidate go for that process unless more or less shortlisted for the position.
