lonely company Just the boss, you, and a couple other staff at most... No wonder the organizational structure is simple and clean. Are you looking for a date in this company? C'mmon you should look elsewhere for a date. Quote:

hey man.. something really isn't right with you. How can this 'environment' reason be worth 50% compared to the other good reasons you stated? As long as you are not being sexually harassed, verbally or physically abused, i don't see what is the problem? Why not you make it livelier? Why not you show you can be the life of the company? Go out for lunch more with colleagues. Have some after work fun. Invite your colleagues to your house for special occasions? Most pple would kill to have your kind of position. Appreciate it man. |

Should I take this job? Basically, I got the job 2 days ago, and the job scope is perfect, ambience is good, salary, organizational structure is simple and clean etc. Everything is awesome except for 1 drawback: the working environment is lonely....there's only the boss, me and a couple other staff at most. Do people take jobs based on this factor also? Due to the small environment, it seems my social life will be impacted cos' even though it's about work, but still, as us adults spend most of our time in the office, the working social life is very important. So, it's now 50% - 50% for the pros and cons....any advice? |
