Unregistered Hi, may i know which company is it? i'm also a fresh grad looking for a job in the shipping industry. do you know of any other shipping companies looking for fresh grads? most job search i've seen require people with experience

also, does anyone have any idea what are the pros and cons of females working in the shipping industry?

Unregistered Ah I see. How about a fresh graduate in offshore vessel company? In an offshore vessel company, which department/role should I set myself in order to have greater pay or better chance of climbing the corporate ladder?

ok maybe i overstated a bit. something more like $6.3k x 16-17 months, non scholar.

Rather unlikely any layman will earn 120kpa after 8 years of civil service. Are your peers all top-tier scholars?

I only know of my friend's husband who is probably earning thereabouts as a RSN Major/LTC; 10 years after he returned from Imperial College.

let me tell u right now that barring sales, professional occupations and C-level positions, civil service jobs (up to department head levels) are higher paying than 80% of private sector jobs out there.
