yeah kind of. uol are found frequently in global banks because of a simple reason. cheap. in a department where multiple functions have already been outsourced due to rising cost, most global banks prefer DL degree grads due to the fact that it is much cheaper and you do not really need any specialised knowledge for daily BAU anyway.
