Unregistered | Hi, as a dip holder, you will not be able to enter MX scheme. However, your MSO grade will be higher than those with less experience. For example, you might enter the organization in grade 3 straight instead of newbies who often have to start from 6 or 5. We do have managers who are MSO in our organization, they have worked here many years and proved themselves to be capable :-) | |

Grade 8 is for non-dip holder. Dip-holder, depend on experience, will enter in Grade 5 or 6.. 2 years promotion depend whether you perform well in the job anot, if not then it might take you longer, say ... 3 to 4 years. if you have hit the max salary of your grade and not get promoted, you won't get merit increment. |

Grade 8 is for non diploma holders. For diploma holder will be grade 6 straight away. Hth. btw, does anyone knows what is the CSO salary scale like? |

Salary scale for diploma holders Anybody working at stat board such as HDB? How is pay scale like? For degree holders they have MX scheme. Then how about the diploma holders? |
