Hi, as a dip holder, you will not be able to enter MX scheme. However, your MSO grade will be higher than those with less experience. For example, you might enter the organization in grade 3 straight instead of newbies who often have to start from 6 or 5. We do have managers who are MSO in our organization, they have worked here many years and proved themselves to be capable :-)

Dip-holder, depend on experience, will enter in Grade 5 or 6..

2 years promotion depend whether you perform well in the job anot, if not then it might take you longer, say ... 3 to 4 years. if you have hit the max salary of your grade and not get promoted, you won't get merit increment.

Thanks! So usually people will start from Grade VIII or VI is it? Is it a norm for them to promote every 2 years?

Assume a person didn't get promoted, will that person still get pay rise?
