are you from hr? usually you will be listening to some form of bs like 5 years down i wanna be this and that. truth is, fresh grads just need a job, and most people just leave once they think they are underpaid.

i don't think these will be the questions for the coming interview. if interviewer is HR, maybe 1, 2 will be asked. they like to ask stupid questions. technical questions if interviewer is hiring manager. no. 3 if interviewer is director-level.

Unregistered personally, will tailor the answers according to the job description.

Unregistered To above,

OP might have reasons to ask such questions. If you have nothing constructive to add, then dig yourself a hole big enough for your head and stick it there.

Unregistered Are you kidding me? You mean you need people to spoonfeed you the answers? Then what's the whole point of interview?

Not to mention you did not say which company are you applying for, for what position, your academic background and prior work experiences (if any). How do you expect people to even want to help you?

Interview

Hi,

I am scheduled for a job interview and would like to ask how do answer this question?

1.Why did you apply for this job?

2. What are you looking if you are selected?

3. What do you plan to achieve 5 years later in this job?

I am looking for suggestions to answer the interviewer in a humble but not boastful way.

Appreciate.
