I usually ask a variant of Q3 to fresh grad to see if they are likely to stay in their position and whether they have thought about their future. Usually, if the person has an interest in the job, they will have an idea of what they want to accomplish or gain out of it. Those that don't either never really thought about what they want to do or are just looking for a stepping stone to their next job. |

Are you kidding me? You mean you need people to spoonfeed you the answers? Then what's the whole point of interview? Not to mention you did not say which company are you applying for, for what position, your academic background and prior work experiences (if any). How do you expect people to even want to help you? |
