You will most likely to end up in semiconductor which is a volatile and sunset industry in Singapore unfortunately where you will experience massive layoffs when times are bad. Since you have already signed up for this diploma, my advice is to do banking or business related degree in the future. Quote:

a few questions about nanotechnology and material sciences diploma hi everyone, i just got enrolled into the diploma of nanotechnology and material science in nanyang poly and i would like to ask like what kind of jobs can i get in singapore if i will to go directly into the workforce with this diploma and how is the jobs market of nanotechnology and material sciences right now and will i be able to progress from polytechnic to a local university if i will to get gpa of above 3.5 in the diploma |
