How about being a financial worker in Sembcorp?

How are the prospects and career progression like? Do people there tend to jump to other company after a few years?

Job Grades in ST Engineering

Anyone able to shed some light on the job grade and pay range and designation for an M4 grade in ST Engineering?

Would it be fair to say
M4
Director? AVP? VP?
10 - 15 K?

Also when does equity or stock options kick in at which grade?

E1 - Exec
E2 - Senior Exec
E3 - Asst Manager
E3A - Deputy Manager
C1 - Manager
C2 - Senior Manager
C3 - AVP
C4 - AVP / Head
For most GLC you will need a VP or Director to be considered a real department manager. All the rest like manager, senior manager, avp etc. are mostly inflated titles. Subsidiary level CEO, CFO, VOO, GM are banana notes. Accountant seconded to subsidiary suddenly can become CFO.

Associate Director

Hi, Anyone can advise what is the grade for associate director at local telco? Is it M6?

Unregistered It seems that this salary structure with E, M and G grades are used by many organisations, and not just by GLCs. My organisation, which is an educational institute, uses this. I also know of at least one stat board which uses it.

Unregistered Hi guys,

Would appreciate if anyone can provide updated info on salary bands. Interested in the M1 to M3 range. Help is most appreciated! How about those in investment roles? Say real estate in Keppel REIT etc?
