Unregistered Anyway does your 70k include bonus? Whats your all in? eh inflated title, I am a assistant manager in a foreign bank and my basic is already 78k.

You should check with a few recruitment agencies, quite alot of openings for RMs now actually. You could probably get a 15-20% increment if you move now.

- Just promoted due to strong performance, now armed with 3.5y exp (title: VP; basic: $70k pa)

Feel I should be drawing at least get $75k pa. Am I unrealistic?

Have not spoken to headhunters but lining up some contacts to get a sense. But would like to stay given good mentor / team, so preference is to try to negotiate.

Thanks!
wow, i know of people who don't even have a "manager" in their title who earns more than a bank VP. i guess u are more than compensated by your juicy bonuses.

if u have fat bonuses and are doing well, why are u looking to move for just $5k pa?
