Thank you for your answers. It is not that type of role. It is more to handling switches and routers in their data centre. Wonder is the TS got the job. |

Unregistered | i think it's a decent job. good opp to network with clients. some of them finish up their job fast, go back home maybe do another sideline or something. go with an open mind. | |

dunno about the actual job scope but this is the same position that came down to my house whenever i have miotv/internet problem...then i don't think the prospect will be high.. i am a IT professional by trade. Whenever, i called Singtel means i have troubleshooted on my end and cannot be resolved by end. Most of the time, these 'engineers' just came and replaced the whole miobox/router without doing any troubleshooting. I told them the symptomn, the problems in technical terms and my workaround and all they do is look at me with blur face.... it's due to these incidents that i believed the role is most probably a junior level role. |

Unregistered | u can't negotiate much. it's more or less fixed by their internals. it's either u accept it or they will just find the next interested applicant. becuz they would have stated the salary range on the website and that is it. just pray hope u can get the upper range as they have stated. | |
