You all don't insult nurses...they are probably the first one to take care of you when you were born. |

ITE nurses work in old folks home, nursing homes and public hospitals. Graduate nurses work in private hospitals, specialist centres and assist doctors in major operations. |

Secondly, it seems that you are unsure about your interest, flying around here and there. Interest in marketing, taking acca and doing investment banking. Whoa that is alot more than one could chew. Just continue with your chemical engineering course. Whats wrong with working in plant? Not glamorous and prestigious enough is it? However if you really feel the desire to join the business side, instead of switching course now, an alternative would be attend those business related activities and clubs in NUS. See where you interest truely lies, upon graduation work a few years at plant before making the switch. Why work in plant first, well unless you do work in a chemical plant before and experience things first hand, otherwise it is just your perception of the job. At least give it a shot and a chance before moving off. Who knows you might just miss the chemical plant lifestyle? |

Unregistered | if you can't even differentiate "migrate" from "emigrate", I don't think you have the necessary language skills to emigrate. | |

In my opinion, if you wanna study nursing, pls really ask yourself if you have the passion for healthcare and can you take long working hours. Healthcare doesn't offer good salary but stable salary. It is really an important decision since once you enter nursing, it will be difficult to switch field by using it as a general degree. |
