Missing required skill If my resume for a job application is missing working experience with a particular tool/product or a required skill, while fulfilling the other 8 or 9. Will it be filtered out by HR before even reaching the hiring manager? Should I indicate I'm willing to learn or already learning on my own through reading in the cover letter to avoid an immediate disqualification? |
