If don't have, go with the program is also not bad. My rough personal rule of thumb. Always got outliers and exceptions so doesn't work all the time, but you can consider this as a start. |

If you are talking abt entry level, ie fresh degree holders can command around 3k plus depending on classification. 8 to 9k maybe is for those very senior guys or those climb up from LAES.... As for bonus of 5 months, you can dream on...very tough times ahead |
