That is UniSIM, you cant compare with local unis cos their students are already all working adults. but they are going to introduce full time progs soon, prob in a few years time, their admission criteria will get harder.

Unregistered SIM is your best bet, dun bother about other private schools.

For those companies that only hire local uni grads, you will still hear of some SIM grads getting in and being employed, but you never hear of other private schools (MDIS, Kaplan, PSB etc etc) getting in.

My two cents.

davidty so much qns and doubt want to ask.
my profile :
ord at age of 23,
diploma in engineering informatics (IT course)
totally no work experience except poly internship.

i want to know with such a backgrounds, really stress over what to study
thought of going unisim bsc in marketing but with my diploma in IT,getting work experience in marketing is it possible?

also thinking maybe i should get degree in IT (systems security) in SIM university of wollongong, exempted 2 years, straight into final years

so stress can't decide over it. scared unisim too long.

This is the "safest" route to enter Div I scheme in public sector via private degree. Public sector does not dictate the type of degree. However, the boss can vouch for your capability as Div I officer, as he/she knows you well.

Unregistered Stick to Unisim. Its cheaper(gov subsidised), hence, less risk when you compare it to other pte degrees. And since its getting recognition from the government, you will have better chances when applying for gov/stat boards position than the other pte degrees.
