You must be joking. It's hard work being there, but your experience is definitely valued.

Not sure if the firm can pay better, but what ever you loss out in those 2 years, you'll get more in return in your next job after being in a big 4.

Go with the Big 4 if you have a choice.
Big4 is way over-rated. Every donkey with a deg is spending his first 2 years there, there is no competitive edge at all. They recruit thousands by the corhot every year.

Unregistered Go for 3.5-4k with local firm, dun waste ur time with big4. They are low paying and most people go there slave for 2 years to look good on cv.

Acca

Slim chance of getting into the Big 4, their main intake will be from the NTU grads.
Many who already have a foot in the door doing internship.

Unless you have an exceptional basic degree and did ACCA to switch line.

Big 4, starting pay should be around 3K. Very low if you calculate wage/hour as you are expected to clocked up many hours of OT. Bigger local audit firms pay even lower but working hours are the same.

Good Luck.

I currently want to change my job into doing audit. And would like to check if there anyone here in the audit industry able to advise me on how much salary I can expect. I also do not have any experience in doing audit.
