Likely your CEP is nearing. Need to slow down your increment or else you will hit $0 soon.

If you got issue, take it up with your senior management. But else, you can retire already.

Just received the rejection email that I am not shortlisted for Administrative Manager with HDB.

Mid career switch

Anyone who is uniformed services officers that applied managerial role in HDB? What's the range of salary and grade offered in HDB? (Joining as degree, mid-career, YOS - 10th yr in CS counted?)

it took them 2mths+ to reply that I'm shortlisted for interview and another 1mth ish to setup interview and another 1mth ish to reply that I'm hired..

unless you have insider to check the status else it's a long waiting game.

Rocque I was shortlisted and went for interview with hdb before. 1month later they couldn't even bother to reply about the outcome. HDB HR really cock up. Damn lazy. A friend of mine was successful but took them 3 weeks to reply that he got it. But in the end my friend did not take up the post as he was lowballed by hdb hr.

HDB is just too big not to have red tapes. Culture in most groups are also very toxic. Unless you are scholar or your boss really likes you, it's hard to climb.
