I applied for a job with Lumieresearch before. I did not get a reply from them then one fine day they called me. That was a month later. I had already found a job by then so I felt they were a bit unprofessional in the sense they did not email a notification or any updates bah. Should be the same Lumiere Search? The consultant who called me was a lady by the name of Eileen Tay if I remember corectly. She is the senior or boss in Lumiere Search if I am not wrong. |

not lumiere search |
lumiere search charge more than kelly but this lumiere search just earn money by sending our department job seekers from websites where we can easily find ourself. think the lumiere search woman we deal wif was chelsea from lumiere search. if I am not wrong this lumiere search is a one person or two person recruitment co. |

bad experience |
I had some dealings with them last year. all the job seekers they sent to our department were from job websites such as monster, jobstreet, jobhunt...no original job seekers and all of them we already have one. my advise is to go for big reputable companies like kelly where they have their own pool of job seekers. and hor, the rates they charged our company were so high, even higher than kelly! |

Just another kacham puteh setup by young punks, thousands of such agents in SG. I suspect most of the available jobs put up on the site are fakes that are put up to harvest CVs. A few red flags very obvious to industrial indsiders: 1) There is no mention of any details of their clients at all (not even industry, foreign or local, listed or not listed, revenue/headcount/countries), just a bunch of generic JD copied and pasted from other job portals. 2) Way too many fields for a setup that only has 3-4 people. Many of the jobs are quite senior some more and not contract admin jobs, no way so little people can handle so many different industries. IT-Hardware Marketing Customer Service IT- Sales IT- Infrastructure IT - System/ Software IT- Security/ Risk/ Compliance IT- Network IT- SAP Finance/ Accounts Human Resource Sales Project Management Learning and Development Public Relations Others IT- Testing IT - Presales 3) A google on their office 105 Cecil Street #11-00 The Octagon lists at least 3 other companies with the same registered address. This mean above poster is correct to say they don't even have a proper office, probably renting cubicles with many other small setups in the same floor. 4) Tried to call their line 6822 8762 to ask some queries on one of their manager job posting. The background was like wet market cannot even hear what the consultant was trying to say. The girl (sound very young just finish poly type) don't seem to know anything about the job and just keep asking me to register an account with them and upload my CV. |

Is it this co at the octagon building? Their website is Lumiere Search I applied for job with them before then their agent say until very nice over the phone and then ask me go down for interview at their office in the octagon building. Ended up the agent late turn up by 25 minutes so I wait outside door like an idiot. Never even bother to say sorry to me when arrive! Go in then discovered the office is actually a shared office, those pay 1000 a month rent a cubicle type. The agent act like father just died super attitude during the so called interview. I asked the agent how many people in the co the agent say less than 4 including 2 of them are bosses. Keep telling me my expected pay is too high when I previously double confirmed on the phone that my expected pay is within their hiring budget. If I knew i wouldnt have wasted my time go down liao. Then after the interview never call or email back after that. At least have the professionalism to call or email me the results right? Lumiere search is really the worst recruitment company I have encountered. My advice is to stay far far away from them. |
