MX10 here in a stat board. 15 years of experience/non scholar. Based on my scheme and what's offered. The range is 8+ to high 12

Was in Ministry 2014 as MX11 - Salary ~6.8k as a 30yo; now im 40yo in pte sector, salary has more than doubled - think you need to consider your career path considering you are same age as me. unless you're contented with what you are doing.
