For private sector jobs, I usually try to find the HR's email via linkedin etc and email them straight. This is to avoid the black hole of the online application systems. Is it advisable to do the same for government jobs? |

| Unregistered | Entry or middle level? It really depends on the number of vacancies and urgency. I know some stat boards now conduct only just 1 round of interview but that is for entry levels. | |
