Unregistered from exp i will say 15% is way too low. considering all the risk of moving usually i go for 30% and settle min 20%-25% if i like the co. and the boss.

Unregistered most impt, how much do u think they are willing to pay a premium over an untested guy with a similar set of experience, bearing in mind the risk that he will underperform and not fit into tue company culture. As compared to the tried and tested you!

Be sure to secure a considerable higher basic, just in case they screw you up with bonuses and increment.
