Unregistered | 2nd upper gives you 5.3k in CSIT. assuming you get 2 months PB + 13th month + 12 months of salary. you can do the math yourself. allowances are not included in the bonus so its not exactly 5300 * 15. it's a little lesser. with this economy, not wise to include mid year avc and end year avc so I have omitted them from this calculation. | |
