so 3.2k -->8k in 3 years ?? assume he is A grader for 3 years and promoted 3x also. so annual increment for A , max +14% each promotion, additional +20% each(assume) 3200x(1.14^3) x (1.2^3) = ~8.2k for A grader increment in civil service/statboard, yes you may get to to 15%...(for MX11 grade) but so far i never heard of promotion of 20% in government sector one.... And TS never bother to reply to any of us. He posted this thread and gone MIA!!!! |

Impossible. Not even the AO scheme for scholars can reach 8k plus PM within 3 years from fresh grad. Unless this figure has already taken into account the bonus, then divided by 12 months. |

3+ years in civil service, no honors, 8k/m as manager Hi, I have a friend who joined a government stat board (normal tier) and has been working there as a fresh graduate (w/o honors, male, non scholar) for 3 + years. He has been promoted numerous times and is currently a manager earning 8k/month basic. Is this level of pay increment normal for govt stat board without being in the admin track which I presume are for scholars. If it is, this shows that fast pay increment is possible for non scholars and it certainty bodes well for the vast majority of civil servants who are probably non scholars. |
