No way! This is giving them a good name, I am giving them the thumbs up, what i dislike a bit is the part where they only need a few, I hope all employees of sakae can be sgreans and fairly paid.
hmm fairly seems a bit ambiguous, maybe "able to afford a 3rm hdb flat in 20years of cpf contribution" paid?

The terms are 12 hrs a day, 6 days a week. So the $3k takes into account OT after 44 hrs.

But again how about the hours or "job duties"? I dun mind paying an R&D engineer 10k/mth to invent a time machine in a month, heh. But again I will only be wasting money and time with either countless interviews or HR turnovers.
I the only part I like is that the requirement of "singaporean or pr" but lets hope he truly wants to support the local unskilled workers

Of course maybe not... but come' on a little bit of creative rephrasing to make it sounds better, like you have to finish washing (x amount) of dishes per (x amount) dateline or pack bag go home + receive (x amount) bad employer review.
If you think its ridiculous, you dunno how many sales/r&d teams are working "ridiculous" hours just to finish their "minimum job requirements".
