If you have such a strong opinion about revealing your national exam grades then a gov job isn't for you. Lots of private sector especially SMEs don't care how many A's you got or how slack you were in your CCA.

if u have no black mark in your school records, what's there to hide actually?

in any case, degree classification is to determine what pay check they can peg u to in event of offer etc

whether u like the sch system or not, suck it up

unless u have dark secrets to hide whh if you r applyin for ah gong scholarship,
sure they will dig your kampong history up during the background checks to kill u

Or would I have to restart as a contract staff again in Statutory Board B?

I understand inter-ministry transfer allows retainment of benefits, including permanent estab to be mapped over
u shd check with Stat Board B if yours' counted as lateral/horizontal switch within civil/public service instead of 2nd guessing

some posts in this forum seem to have mentioned before that the ministry or stat board might only offer contract, while retaining most benefits?

i know of someone who changed ministry and had to take a paycut

i guess can't always assume everything to stay the same...

Will the HR be able to find out more from MOE/SEAB?
