lead role xt7. xt8 can be head position or lead role. xt9 can be DD or head position. htx ranking is very flat, an xt7 can be senior manager in other agency.

If you are not associate or scholar..cut your ********. 3 months for B+ is likely for XT8 or XT9. No way for XT6.
