Job stability is only going to go downhill from here on as AI takes over the minds of policy makers. They think they can use it to cut down number of staff. Even my contacts at other ministries says MOF is rejecting all request for permanent headcount. So they can only give contract now. |

Should I take up the offer? I'm currently working at one of the restructured hospital with 3.7k. I recently had an offer in a service sector with a salary of 4.7k. Should I take it up? The new job is not that fantastic but it can boost my pay up. |
