While 6.5k for LTE8 is about right, being guaranteed 1.7k is equivalent to 3.1 months of MAC bonus which is a bit far fetched. MAC depends on national economy. I am offered deputy manager, not deputy project manager. also not from rail related.
HR told me it's paid in monthly basis, means 6.5 + 1.7 = 8.2k gross per month.
It seems only LTA is paying this MAC on monthly basis as I am currently working at another SB and dont have this.

You are deputy project manager or deputy manager. MAC (market adjusted component) is usually paid out once a year and often 1-2months.
And if I not wrong only RAIL related division has it

Congrats, but as an ex LTA staff, depending on the division you are going to, I might not touch it even with a 10 feet pole.
Workload is way too high, extremely toxic and political too. Not exaggerating when I say I know multiple people who got depression working there.
