what's this obsession over big4? they are poor paymasters who are abusing fresh grads because many have misconception that 2 years in big4 is compulsory to further your career in finance. nothing is further away from the truth. |

If you are refering to mid-tier audit firms, YES the pay is around $2.2-$2.5K for fresh grads. Fresh grads with zero experience do not get anything more than that! Big 4 pays $2.6K and above. No fresh grad gets 3.5K even in big 4s. TS which mid tier is that? Kinda low. |
