Good if you are a high-flier scholar and you don’t mind coasting for the rest of your life in there.
If you are a fresh grad, the base pay is the only good thing there. Be prepared to suck a lot of meager annual increments with each pay grade with more bureaucratic redtape than technical work. Very difficult to leave for the real working world if you get too lazy there.

OGP is probably on a league of its own. But when comparing maybe against GovTech, CSIT and DSO. DSTA seems to be the best for fresh grads

Not surprising given the tech specialisation. Of cos some people like those in the previous post, are simply not able to accept their agency is not the best
