If you are refering to loan specialist,Basic should be close to 3k or more ( it was 2k 7-8 yrs ago). If you are good, 5 digits not a problem, But downside of this job as in most sales jobs is whether you can take **** from housing agents and kena from your boss when he barks at you for your sales figure. The initial path is pretty tough . . . you will know within a monthwhether you are cut out for this kinda of job.
