Unregistered Those who are working in UOB, how do you feel? DBS is now twice the profitability of UOB; UOB doesn’t seem like it is going to grow; management seems lackadaisical, the only thing they know how to do is cut cost cut cost cut cost.

Incredibly chill and easy going life compared to JP Morgan tech.

Was from JP, 3 years there, moved to DBS, same pay but my hours are strictly 40 a week, at JP I was burning close to 70 hours and we had this lay off 1 person every quarter thing.

Applying for Tech Risk Manager with DBS. Can anyone shed some light on the culture and work life balance of the team? What is the difference between EASRE, Infrastruture and Application Tech Risk team, are they within same team structure?

Why not? Good pay, good bonuses, good prospect and understanding management. No1 group in Singapore. Going forward is expected to keep shinning given its high quality management. No longer easy to enter for grad jobs. Blessed are those who are currently there. Don't even think of moving to another offer as their overall compensation including wlb and welfare are to beat by international standard!
