Some people even within a team may not get MAC some may get. Why? Nobody knows. Usually only HR and the big bosses will. But usually in service alot of these things are small 'signals' as to whether you are a valued member to your boss/management. If you pick up enough of these signals, you can tell whether you got a career or not. At this point with LTA being bashed so much in the media, I wouldn't be surprised if MOF starts cutting budget because the organization is in such disarray. |

What i heard is as follows. Could be wrong/right Monthly salary includes “Basic Salary” and “NPVP” which may be interpreted as Market variable component. Annual salary includes annual performance bonus and MAC (if applicable) (market adjustment component) |
