Even if the bank could provide leads, why would they hire you in the first place? What is yr value? Might as well employ those outsourced contractors or telemarketers to close the leads. Your value to the bank is if you have alot of self source leads. Then you stand a chance to get hired.

if u are chio and willing to open legs. even 1 lead will also do wonders in this industry. very simple rule in this industry

Feeling super lost

Hi all,

I am here to seek legitimate career advice. Recently, I have left an insurance company as a direct sales staff (due to various reasons) and am looking into FA firms for more exposure.

However, upon reading comments here and there and have some discussions with my mates, I feel like joining the bank as frontliner might be a better direction for me currently, despite I heard a lot of stories about toxic management.

I want to ask the bank frontliners here if banks really provide lots of leads for the staff to engage, and will push you to hit your target?
