| Unregistered | If you are perm at your current place, HR might put up 2 offers for you. One for movement policy and one for fresh. Doesn't mean the move via movement policy will be same package. Can have increment as well. But usually the monthly for fresh will be higher than via movement policy. | |

Hi! I am coming from another statboard/agency on their special technical scheme. How would it work if I change role to HTX? Would it be resign, then get a new offer here? Would they peg it to be similar to my old salary? |

Hi, I am currently in GovTech, grade H, drawing $11k +. Understood HTX grade structure is different, not sure what is the equivalent of grade H in HTX. Wondering would it be a good move to move to HTX? Heard the culture there is better. If theres anyone who have moved from GovTech to HTX, would be happy to hear your opinions. Thanks. |
