I don’t think it’s one week. My experience is at least a month from first interview to final offer. They will have to raise the request for approvals and make the necessary checks. Nothing moves fast in the civil service. If you want speed, go private.

Manager 5-6K is ok. It depends on your experience as well. Culture wise many have said it’s quite toxic. You can check on Glassdoor but I heard the company deletes negative reviews to maintain squeaky clean image. Can anyone share about their interview process?

Idthink will have employment history trail considering I havent started employment at A. Tbh, A’s benefits are great but B’s scope of work and exit opportunities are definitely much better, from a non financial standpoint, as well as based on my interests. From a long term perspective, B is definitely better.
