Just now she copied the boss in the email to say I did wrong things in my work. I replied her spilling all the unhappiness I had after she joined my company.

Told her it is unfair to me as she did not communicate with me regarding work and I ended the email with this sentence "I am not sure why it is so difficult for you to communicate with me with regards to work. This is not about ego but it is about doing the work properly. "

What are the odds I will be let go. I did not regret sending the email reply as I have been tolerating her since the day she came. I tried to be nice accommodating and even went for late lunch with her but it seems the conflict is still there.

PS. What is worse is the boss is leaning towards her side as she is holding a managerial level job.
Don't think you will be let go. But you are placing yourself on the spot.

Do you plan to stay for the long-term anyway? Or, are you just trying to tide yourself over for a while, and then leave?

A piece of advice. The next time you have an impulse to do that, think about how your boss/someone you look up would do in such circumstances. At work, attitude matters more and a little mistake at work is no big deal. The person who tries to make a big deal out of it may come across as petty and perceived unfavorably.
