no experience needed, but you need to have the technical knowledge, at least.

projack manyzer is the go-between among clients and programmer. collect requirements from client, then tell programmer to do the job. when programmer finish the job, you need to know what's done and explain to clients.

typically one would start as an assistant or in operations, supporting the project manager. when his workload is heavy, you takeover his role. if you can deliver results, this will be noted in your performance review.

a result-driven person may take 1-2 years, while others take 5-10 years to reach take position. it's not the number of years that counts, it's the number of results you can deliver.

Mostly 3rd party contractors were the ones given the boot. Employees are safe for now. But they've downsized enough to release their floor at CBP and relocate the remaining staff at MBFC
