You can don't do anything your bosses will push you up. It's a sick joke hahah. But yes welcomr to HTX! It's a place where acting skills are rewarded more. In fact, we might be better actors and actresses than the folks downstairs at MediaCorp. I'm pretty sure we can win them in an acting battle.

Wrong. HTX and Accenture both need to play politics then can get promoted. Unless you are scholar or associate then you get guaranteed plus chop promotion.

If you associate, you guaranteed reach XT7 in 3 or 4 years. Even if you are super super useless you will get guaranteed promotions. Not to mention you begin with extra +1k compare to normal engineers. You basically get extra rewards for little or less effort.

If you don't get associate offer, do NOT join HTX. Go elsewhere.

How much mid year bonus will we expected to get? Election year and economy seems better than last year from estimated gdp growth.

Salary include 13months
So their pay seems high but if u compare annual package
about the same as most SB
