Government sector will never give counter offers. Their pay structure is fixed for general people like us. Leave if u are confident that you have the skills and abilities to get a job whenever you want. People don't stay in govt for the best salaries. They stay for decent pay and rock solid stability.

Politics is strong at play in this particular agency. Just see at the SMs. Have to be good at this game if want make your mark. Else have to slowly wait for the left over bread crumbs to drop for you..
