The troll must have lost lots of money playing shares.

But this is not the forum to rant about share prices.

It makes the share trading troll happy if that's what he anticipated.

Stupid, it is to refute the statement that ST had been expanding. Based on the productivity in ST, it should be going down if not backed by Temasek.

Share price is not an issue as I got no money to play shares.

Another boss will question "why are overtimer best performer?"
They can't even finish daily task within the 8 hours.. To me that's low performer cause their output is so low during office hours that they have to overtime to keep up with those who leave on time to go home.

Meeting for 3 hours? Best performer can get it done in 30 min.
And what kind of best performer will say "no" to having meal with kids at home, or going to the gym to lead a healthy life.

This is low performance quality le.
Like I said acting. For bonus only.
If you remove bonus... You think all this actors will "work" hard.
Like I said the formula is... Come work late. Go long lunch. Schedule long meeting during the end of the days. Then overtime lo.

Eventually if you track the work done every hour, you'll see very soon that all this high performer doesn't do much on a hourly basis...

Which is why high performer are usually just your bosses, CEO whose involvement is just sign the contract and put his name in the project they won from customer...
