I was a bit worried after reading some forum comments about IMDA, but my interview experience was actually very positive. The HRBP and panel were professional and welcoming.

Can’t comment on internals, but interview-wise, it was a good experience.

LOL nice try, it can't be more obvious that you are one of them.

We haven't forgotten when a director was beaten up by a subordinate, and HR's only action was to stop him from going to the police.

We haven't forgotten when one division's teammate passed away, and HR promised counselling for that division, but nothing came of it.

We haven't forgotten the many instances of HR not doing anything, when LCH couldn't be bothered with HR issues.

In case you haven't realised, LCH isn't around to protect you anymore. Tread lightly.
