confirm if this is correct 1. Exceptional = A Excellent = B+ Commendable = B Good = C+ Marginal = C Below Average = D Unsatisfactory = E 2. In the first year of joining poly - by default most will get Marginal grade 3. To be considered for promotion - minimally maintain Good grade. If get Marginal grade in any year, the promotion gets delayed. 4. To get promoted, get B and above for 2 consecutive years. |

Bonus I dont think so. In admin role: I got C+ and only 1.75 when IPS 5 from polytechnic. Any of you admin role in polytechnic? and what IPS? |

Admin staff-Polytechnic For Admin staff in polytechnic, please share what is the ball park figure (x of monthly salary) for each grade for our PB? Do share so we can have transparency: My 2023 PB: C+: 1.75 months. IPS 6 Does anyone know for the rest of the grades too from your past? For example- B: IPS 6? and others |
