so many managers meh. Then you report to so many lol. But yeah some managers only manager ranks due to their "long service" there.

For SWE no matter where you go it highly depends on the team, across the board there is hybrid work arrangement in the company but I am one of the lucky few who get to WFH all the way.

yup, im part of their C++ dev team, we work closely with their 3D sim team building application systems for military usage.

got a few people work here 3-4 years, pay increment is 0-2%.

but i dunno la maybe TS team is better? every company got good team and bad team.
