Prep work, the actual minuting and also coordinating with the different groups presenting. Sometimes during the meeting, if bosses have question that on spot no one has answer , the minute taker may have to follow up with who have the answer.

We know how MaS works. Tender for contract but want to pay peanuts, then award contract but keep asking demanding premium service for the peanuts they pay. If I was vendor, I will also do bare minimum.
