Not surprising. Because one side always build up, another side tear down. Or one side want to build, but other side keep blocking until cannot succeed. The only thing that transform is happy faces to angry faces.

When I am at level 8 sometimes I see people who look like tech staff hanging out there (can hear their convo). If they have a nice place to chill at work, presumably they can be more productive?

To give them some credit, there are some improvements I do like - the rest & relax weeks and the renovated level 8.

“Countless number of opinions” is yesterdays news, flavour of today is how to recruit talents to TG (reframe the question to make own point - another important skill you will learn from working here). The poster ask what is working environment in IT role but so far no one answered directly, only making statements to effect of stay away cos you may be on your own.
